Parent Liaison

We are looking for a permanent, full time Parent Liaison to work Monday-Friday, starting in November 2017.  Minimum Wage.

For this role we are looking for a candidate with previous experience in customer service and or dealing with customers/sales. This role involves the handling of more than 30 sites enquiries so the ideal applicant would have the ability to organise and manage various information specific to each site and relay the correct information back to the enquiry.   You should be organised and able to multi task.  The ideal candidate would thrive with a busy workload.

You will be in charge of overseeing the management of how we handle our enquires. This will include dealing with multiple phone calls from parents as well as email enquiries. You will monitor our enquiry tracking system and ensure all enquiries are dealt with to the highest possible standard with customer service always being top priority. You will be required to keep ongoing communication with potential parents, providing them with the information they require and trying to get them to visit the nursery or nurseries they are interested in.
You will be responsible for tracking enquiries, collating parent feedback, liaising with managers to analyse and present data back to senior management.

Must have experience using Microsoft including Excel.

Experience in a childcare setting or relevant childcare experience would be desirable.

Experience in an administrative/customer service role essential.

Good phone manner and communication skills.

Able to work as part of a team or using own initiative.

Sales & Marketing Executive

We are recruiting for a permanent Sales and Marketing Executive to work Monday-Friday, full time, starting in November 2017.  Competitive Salary.

For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative candidate with experience in a Sales and/or Business environment.  You will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, and would assist the Head in managing the Sales & Marketing Team.  You should be organised with the ability to multi task.  This is a fast paced role where the ideal candidate would excel under pressure.  Experience producing reports, analysing behaviours and tracking patterns and/or trends would be desirable.  Creative flare and experience with introducing different advertising/marketing campaigns would be desirable.

You would be responsible for dealing with enquiries, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Generating Sales through; advertising, marketing materials, social media, online listings and content. 
Liaising with onsite managers and providing them with Sales & Marketing support and assistance.
You will be expected to generate weekly reports using our enquiry tracking system and submit these to the board of directors.  It is essential that you have a good eye for tracking patterns, behaviours and anomalies.
You will assist with project/event work at various times throughout the year.

Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Good phone manner and communication skills essential.

Experience in an business/marketing environment essential.  

Experience in a childcare setting or relevant childcare experience would be desirable.

Experience using Social Media.

Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or WordPress would be an advantage.
